No Refunds are accepted for Expert Advisors (EAs) and Optimization (.set) Files.
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, once an EA or set file is delivered to you, the sale is considered final. We provide comprehensive backtest data and live forward-test metrics so you can thoroughly evaluate our tools before making a purchase.
When you hire us for our EA Optimization Service, our team reserves time and computing resources specifically for your project.
We understand that schedules change. To respect both your time and ours, we have a clear cancellation policy for scheduled Zoom consultations.
