The Software: All Expert Advisors (EAs), optimization files (`.set` files), custom logic, and educational materials are completely owned by TradingBotLab. You are not buying the algorithm; you are buying a license to use it.
Doing any of the above will result in an immediate, un-refundable ban and cancellation of your license.
We need to be painfully clear about the realities of financial markets. algorithmic trading is a powerful tool, but it is not a magic money printer.
We stand by our products over the long haul. Markets change, and our algorithms adapt.
Whenever our team pushes a major optimization or logic update to an EA you own, you will receive an email letting you know a new version is ready. You can download these iterations completely free of charge. Your edge stays sharp.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Because our products (EAs and setup configurations) are digital assets delivered instantly, we cannot "take them back." To ensure you are confident in your purchase, we provide extensive, transparent backtest data and live forward-test syncing for you to inspect before making a decision. Proceed with care.
Our partner/affiliate program is designed to reward sharing.
We use a 90-day (3 months) cookie to track referrals. Commissions automatically scale upward the more volume you generate.
Note on ethics: We monitor affiliate traffic. If we suspect spam, fraudulent purchases, or that you are misrepresenting the capabilities of our algorithms to trick people into buying, we will permanently ban your account and forfeit any pending payouts.
You are responsible for your account's security.
TradingBotLab requires mandatory email verification for all new accounts to ensure data integrity and resource delivery. Verification codes (OTPs) sent to your email are valid for exactly 10 minutes. If a code expires, you must request a new one via the platform's verification interface.
TradingBotLab is not responsible if your profile is breached, hacked, or compromised due to weak passwords, shared access, or failure to secure your email account. If you suspect your account has been breached, you must contact our security team immediately at support@tradingbotlab.com.
